A 1/2 sandwich, 1/2 cookie, and root beer for lunch.
Other half of the burger and salad from last night.
Ordered a veggie burger and salad, and a beer.
Immediately set aside half, ate the other half.
Here's the half I did not eat:
Epic fish and chips.
I eat more than I need, but don't feel too full or ready to food coma.
I just know I didn't need to eat all that I ate.
About 1/4 gets taken away, eaten as a pre-dinner around 5:30.
Drunken Frosted Flakes all over the bed.
Potluck with friends. Do not portion control, but also don't overeat. Woot.
Chicken pot pie and salad.
I eat roughly half of it, then take the other half away.
Which I eat about 1.5 hours later.
