Took half away from the diner.
Took half away from the diner.
Same deal as yesterday.
Upon returning home from camping, had dinner of rice with vegetables, and a beer.
Was still hungry, so made and ate a sandwich. May have overeaten just a little bit.
Camping.
Eating mostly sandwiches and snacks.
Not taking half away, not overeating, either.
This weekend I am camping, so I won't be eating out.
Instead, I will be making lots of sandwiches like this.
For dinner I ate it all, did not take half away, and was satisfied.
Ate the other half of my breakfast, and a chocolate chip cookie. Had a glass of water. Satisfied!
Went to the diner again. Put half away. Was satisfied. Drank most of my water.
Was still hungry a few hours after dinner. (Was also drinking beer.)
Had some Chex Mix and two Trader Joe's "This <fruit> walks into a bar..." energy bars.
Grabbed a sandwich from Homegrown, ate half.
In an effort to introduce more veggies, I went with a vegan pick.
About an hour (and a beer) later, was hungry again, ate the other half.
I often mindlessly take pictures of my food, but never revisit those pictures. Now they serve a purpose.
Publishing my food photos causes me to pay attention to the plating of my meals when I divide them in half.
Looking at the pictures makes it clear that vegetables are often not present in significant quantities.
Did not have breakfast, just coffee.
For lunch, I ate most of the remainder of my chicken + veggie dinner from last night.
I stopped just a few bites short of finishing it, feeling satisfied.
Also had some orange juice.
