Day 15: Lunch

I skip breakfast in favor of just having coffee.

If I eat at the diner for breakfast then that becomes my lunch.

I'm trying to change this up, explore the lunch options on Capitol Hill, and have more diversity in my early/midday diet.

So for lunch I hit up an Asian place called Chopsticks and get a salad dish.

I take half away and eat the other.

Day 14: Lunch, Dinner

This afternoon is a birthday party.

I eat a slice of cake.

Then a lot of chips and homemade salsa. (Yum!)

And I eat a veggie burger.

Aaaand I eat another small slice of cake and some gelato.

No pics. Didn't overeat. (The chips almost pushed on that, though.)

Day 14: Brunch

Today I have a brunch date.

We order the Croque'd Toad and Buttermilk Beignets each take half of each dish.

I eat all of my half of the toad and only one of the two beignets allocated to me.

Day 13: Breakfast

At the diner with my buddy, Mike. We order a HUGE cinnamon roll.

I only eat a few bites. It's sooo rich. My proper breakfast arrives and I put half away.

But I can barely touch the other half. That cinnamon roll is a killer.

So I end up taking most of my breakfast away. Still, I don't overeat!

Day 12: Dinner

I hit the hot bar at Whole Foods on the way home.

Half my meal is put away, and I eat the other half.

Well, most of it. Because I'm full before half is done, I save it for later.

Day 12: Breakfast (er... Lunch)

Off to a late start today, but feeling much better than yesterday.

Having a burger for lunch. I do not divide it in half, so...

I eat about 4/5 of it and take the remaining 1/5 with me.

Nevertheless, I did not overeat.
